Welcome to the Law Office of Gerald H. Davis, a law office limited to the representation of debtors in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and Chapter 13 Debt Reorganization in the Southern District of California.

In addition to his law office , Mr. Davis is also one of seven full time Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees in the Southern District of California, responsible for the orderly administration of Chapter 7 cases in which he is not the debtor’s attorney.

In addition to representing debtors, Mr. Davis is, and has been since 1989, a Court appointed Bankruptcy Trustee administering Chapter 7 cases for the Court, as well as being a member of the Mediator Panel for the Court. Finally, Mr. Davis is Board certified as a Specialist in Personal and Small Business Bankruptcy by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.
